Services

Administrational tasks, as boring as they can be, are important in helping your business function, ensuring your customers are looked after and that you stay compliant with any relevant laws and regulations.  That’s where I come in.  I’m one of those weirdos that loves organising things into neat little files, dotting the i’s and crossing the t’s.

As a VA I have many years of invaluable administration experience and as I deal with a number of business clients, you will benefit from my knowledge of what works and what doesn’t. As a VA I like to collaborate with my clients to ensure they get the best and most effective service possible.  I am very good at drawing out what someone’s vision is and tailor making my services and support to fit with each individual clients’ needs.

Packages

Retainer Package

This package is great if you wish to secure my time in advance. It guarantees that you will get ‘X’ amount of hours per month to give you peace of mind that core tasks will be completed as required. Of course, if you end up needing any extra hours, we can discuss this separately as it arises and provided I have room in my schedule, I will always try to accommodate my clients.

Project Package

Whether your business has just taken off, or you’ve had a great idea to take your business in a different direction and you need extra short to medium term support. The project package is perfect for completing one off projects. A perfect example of my project package is my ‘6 Week New Business Set Up’ package (see blow for more information on this package.

Pay As You Go

No need to be tied into an ongoing contract. The pay as you go option is ideal if you just need an hour here or there to complete simple tasks e.g. snazzing up a powerpoint presentation or formatting an excel document. Many of my retainer clients use this service to top up their retainer packages on an ad-hoc basis some months. Start from 1 hour with no future commitment.
