About Me

Bee Kingshott, Cemap.

I’m Here to Help.

A HA!
That moment when you realise that you can turn something you love doing and are really good at into an actual job. So, what is it? It’s my job to do your admin.

You know, the stuff you dread, or could really do without. It stops you doing the work that makes you money, money to give you time to do the stuff you dreamt of being able to do because you’re your own boss but it hasn’t quite happened. I know this because it’s my dream too. Being my own boss, doing what I’m good at, so I can do the other stuff I love.

My Background

I made it in my career. Senior Management, sitting at the table in the board room, negotiating budgets for training projects, stakeholder meetings, projects delivering change fit for purpose to tight FSA regulations, writing new processes and procedures and even building an intranet to serve 50 branches across Wales. All built on a strong background at the front line.

A few years ago I got off the treadmill to grow me and my family and when I reflect on my biggest work achievements, I realise they were down to my ability to problem solve and my refusal to give up. There’s a solution to everything, you just need to know how to find it and that’s what I’m good at. Collaboration is key. I proved this when a training programme I led and designed with an external consultancy won a National Training Award for Wales for best collaboration which increased mortgage sales by 214% and insurance sales by 70%.

My Approach

I like being out of my comfort zone. I always wanted to climb and after a couple of indoor climbs my first outdoor experience was a three pitch ‘trad’ climb and a traverse! It was terrifying but I loved every second of it. I hate seeing someone struggle, I fix things but the best feeling is when you help someone fix things for themselves.

Therefore, I have volunteered to be a mentor to other female business owners through a local charity. A charity, which inspires, leads and delivers gender equality in Wales. I also mentor a group of people looking to set up their own VA business or existing VA’s looking for support and advice.

I’m someone you can work with who understands your priorities and knows how to get the job done. My specialties are organising your workload, creating solutions to make internal processes slicker and quicker and then doing it all, data entry, CRM, credit control, social media set up and maintenance, audio transcription and note typing, researching and making travel arrangements, newsletters (email marketing) and event coordination.

Giving Back

Each year Bee Assured Business Solutions nominates a Charity of the Year and between the 1st December and 30th November each year we raise 1% of our turnover for charity.

From 2020 to 2021 we raised £145.39 for the YPTE who do an amazing job of creating a better future by inspiring young people to look after our world and we were also able to get it match funded by using Work for Good, raising our donation to £290.78.

Between December 2021 and November 2022. We will be supporting Foothold Cymru as our charity of the year.

For over 30 years Foothold Cymru has been there for those who need support with the thing's many of us take for granted; food, clothing, education and employment. They focus on what's important to the people of West Wales and they work with communities to make changes where they're needed.

1% of our turnover will be donated to Foothold Cymru via Work for Good
